Bobby Rogers is a multidisciplinary artist and creative director working across contemporary art, photography, design, fashion, and cultural storytelling. He is currently Creative Director at the Whitney Museum of American Art, where he helps shape how the institution expresses itself across identity, exhibitions, campaigns, and audience experiences.
With a background in design and a self-taught photographic practice, Rogers has built a visual language grounded in research, collaboration, cultural memory, and inclusion as a practice of innovation. His work has included collaborations with Apple, The New York Times, David Zwirner, Under Armour, and Timberland.
His career spans art, culture, and commerce, including leadership roles as Head Photographer at the Walker Art Center, Senior Art Director at Target, and Head of Design & Editorial at the Minneapolis Institute of Art. He is also the founder of The Bureau, a multidisciplinary creative studio producing exhibitions, campaigns, cultural programs, and experiential projects.
